We also take a quick look at WEC 45 where Canadian Chris Horodecki gets back into action. We move on to previewing next week's Strikeforce main card. We also include Sunday's episode where we were joined by Kevin "Big Tuna" McKough from the Ringside Report to review UFC 107. We close off with my giving my thoughts on Wreck MMA's Fight For The Troops event in Gatineau on Saturday night.
