This was a packed podcast, as The Franchise had to make up for taking a week off! We cover Ringside III - Battle for the Belt in great detail with matchmaker Alex Caporicci who put the card together. We also go one on one with Quebec MMA sensation Thierry "The Surgeon" Quenneville, as he talks about his co-main event on September 19th against one of the UK's top prospects in Paul Reed. We also include segments that aired on the Team 990, where Gary Whittaker and Nick Murdocco preview UFC 103, UFC Fight Night and Season 10 of the Ultimate Fighter. Last, but far from least, we introduce a personal favorite MMA industry insider of mine in Marc-Andre Drolet from TopMMANews (among other endeavors). Marc Andre talks to us about TFC 8 and Winnipeg native Lindsey Hawkes who takes on Guillaume de Lorenzi at Ringside III.Gary Whittaker takes a few minutes to go on a rant about the latest news out of Moncton, taking on BOTH sides in the late breaking controversy!
