Weekend HABit Sep_27_2009

Written by Gary "Rumble" Whittaker. Posted in Podcasts - Weekend HABit

The Franchise looks at past Habs' defensemen as Breezer retires adn Bouillon and Dandenault are still not signed anywhere. We also look at the state of the pre-season and like what we see in some (O'Byrne and the wee three) and not so much in others (SK, AK Plecs) and finally we also round out our bold predictions for the Habs' season to come.

Weekend HABit Part 1

Nick and Gary, with the help of Amanda Stein, look at the injury scene and wonder if there is already a goaltender conflict before the season even starts. We review the Habs' last pre-season game against the Sabres and try to see who will make the final cuts and who will be Hamilton bound. And of course, we end with a preview of the Canadiens' first gae fo the season against Mike Komisarek and his Toronto Mapleleafs.

Show is not bad, sounds a little like The Franchise Sports Show I used to listen to. Not bad, a few fat jokes, the weather, and then Amanda (sunshine) *** start recap and future thoughts... a little joshin' and jivin', a little more food. It could take off as a huge hit...Montreal has a voice in Montreal Sports

Maybe just a little to much shout outs... Stick to hockey and grassroots.
