UFC 124 Results - St-Pierre vs Koscheck
For the few people not actually watching the fights live or on PPV, here are the results for UFC 124 happening at the Bell Center in Montreal
John "The Bull" Makdessi wins over Pat Audinwood via decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-26).
From watching UFC to start the year, to putting on a dominating performance to end the year, we are so happy for Makdessi and the entire "Team Bull" clan!
Ricardo Almeida defeats TJ Grant by Unanimous Decision (30-27 x 3)
Sean Pierson def. Matt Riddle by unanimous decision (30-27 on all cards).
Pierson has been in the MMA fight game, fighting mostly out of Montreal, for a long time. He almost left the game completely, but game back to give it one last shot. He said going into this fight he was going where "dreams meet reality". Not time to wake up yet Sean, congratulations! A win like that has got to put Pierson on the main card for UFC in Toronto in April. Sean was clearly winning by the 3rd round, and still went toe to toe with Riddle!
Jesse Bongfeldt and Rafael Natal fight to a majority draw (28-28, 28-28 and 29-28 Natal)
Mark Bocek def. Dustin Hazelett by submission (triangle choke) at 2:33, R1
Dan Miller def. Joe Doerksen via split decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28)
Thiago Alves defeats John Howard by unanimous decision (30-27x3).
Nice shout out to Montrealers in French by Alves.
Mac Danzig defeats Joe Stevenson by TKO at 1:54 of Round 1. Devastating KO.
Jim Miller defeats Charles Oliveira 1:59 by tap out due to knee bar
Stefan Struve defeats Sean McCorkle by TKO (Ground and Pound) in Round 1 at 3:55
Georges St-Pierre defeats Josh Koscheck by Unanimous Decision (50-45 x 3).
He makes his 5th straight title defense. Both showed great, and probably somewhat surprising (from Koscheck) humility.
