
UFC 113: Cote vs. Belcher in Montreal
The Ultimate Fighting Championship has accumulated another crowd pleasing bout to the 113 card on May 1st in Montreal, Quebec. Middleweight's will collide as dynamic striker Alan "The Talent" Belcher (15-6) gets the first crack at returning Quebec native Patrick "The Predator" Cote (13-5).
Cote hasn't fought inside the Octagon since UFC 90 in October of 2008.
It was in a middleweight title fight with current champion Anderson Silva that Cote suffered a career halting injury. In the opening minute of the third round, Cote took a seemingly harmless step forward, which accidentally blew out his right knee.
Cote had surgery and has been sidelined since becoming the first man to enter the third round with Silva inside the Octagon.
At UFC 107, "The Talent" Alan Belcher stopped Wilson Gouveia with punches in round one during the preliminary fights.
Fight fans can expect a barn burner as both men enjoy to throw their fists. Out of the 28 victories between them, 14 have come by way of knockout.
