St-Pierre to Face Winner of Swick - Hardy
The Canadian Press caught up with the UFC Welterweight Champion (Georges St-Pierre) and got his thoughts on the upcoming match between Mike Swick and Dan Hardy at UFC 105. St-Pierre has rattled off 6 victories in the UFC, including 3 straight title defences since regaining the welterweight title against Matt Serra in Montreal. While St-Pierre does not profess a preference for either Swick or Hardy as the next challenger for his title, you'd have to think that GSP would find additional motivation to face Swick, who made "quick" work of friend Jonathan Goulet and who also beat friend David Loiseau.
Swick is the more well-rounded of the two fighters, and Hardy is going into this fight as the underdog. Swich has the speed and reach to keep Hardy at bay, but in MMA, anything can happen!
