Erin McDougall could be MMA's next big thing. She has so much passion and energy for the sport and the people involved, but she may have found her match in Montreal's own Jeremy "Spike" Rubin. Erin has been doing an amazing job with her "Quickies", a series of interviews with people in the industry who are either on the verge of a breakout, or who deserve some more recognition. I had the opportunity to meet Erin on several different occasions, and she truly is one smart, tough cookie. Here is a sample of the interview with Jeremy Rubin:

Sometimes, when you think you are getting yourself in for a quickie, it actually turns into a night long cuddle of sweet pillow talk, spooning, laughing and just one big kissey fest. Ooh la la! I don't mind that every once and awhile. Which is sorta how this quickie turned out.

Meet my bud Jeremy... another awesome dude from Montreal. I have featured boys from Montreal in the past, and trust me, this won't be the last time I bring a Montreal fella in for a quickie session. What's in the water there? I have yet to meet a douchebag from Montreals MMA community. They have all been pretty much killer.
