COUTURE BACK AT UFC 105
Just over two weeks ago, MMA legends Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Randy Couture clashed at UFC 102 in what was an epic battle that lived up to all the expectations and a front runner for fight of the year candidate. Falling short of victory however, Randy Couture decided to get back into the octagon as soon as possible and according to Sherdog.com, "The Natural" and "The Truth" Brandon Vera have agreed to face off at UFC 105 in a light heavyweight contest. The bout will take place in Manchester, England on November 14th for free on Spike TV.
Brandon Vera also fought on the UFC 102 card and won his bout over Team Quest member and Winnipeg's Krzysztof Soszynski by unanimous decision. Vera is currently on a two fight win streak while the ageless Couture has lost back to back contests.
