Written by Gary "Rumble" Whittaker. Posted in Blogs - The Rumble

For the 3rd consecutive season, Montreal head coach Marc Trestman has led the Montreal Alouettes to the East Division title. The Alouettes came back from being 9 points down in the 1st quarter, and then held off a late charge by the Blue Bombers to win 22-19 in front of yet another sold at crowd in Percival Molson Stadium in Montreal. With only 3 games remaining, Montreal has opened a 3 game lead over the 2nd place Hamilton TigerCats, however they have already won the season series, having taken both of the games played so far. The Alouettes will then end the season in a home and away series against Toronto. The Blue Bombers have yet to win a game on the road.
