USL - Montreal Impact to Face Miami FC At Saputo Stadium June 23rd
After an emotional previous week that saw the Montreal Impact get admittedly embarrassed by Toronto 6-1 and then win 2-1 over Vancouver, the team that taunted and provoked them on their way off the field after being eliminated from the Nutrilite Championships, the Impact id looking to gain some momentum from the last win and will look to extend their winning streak on Tuesday June 23rd at Saputo Stadium.
The Montreal Impact (4-4-2) will play against Miami FC (5-5-1) tomorrow night. (7:30 pm, CKAC Sports, THE TEAM 990, USLlive.com).
The Impact has lost only once in its last six regular season games (4-1-1) and with a win Tuesday, they could be playing above .500 for the first time this season. Last April 24th in Florida, the Impact suffered a 2-1 loss against Miami FC during Montreal's less than stellar season's start, but the team looks like it has got its game back on track as players on the IR slowly ease back into the line-up.
