USL - Montreal Impact Home Opener This Saturday Vs Rochester Rhinos
The Montreal Impact (0-2-1) play their home opener at Saputo Stadium against the Rochester Rhinos (2-1-1) on Saturday at 3:30 pm.
This is the 16th home opener in club history. The Impact has a 10-1-4 lifetime record and will count on that record to help them attain their first win of this young 2009 season.
The Impact will, however, be without the services of Patrick Leduc who will have to undergo surgery on his foot next week, as well as team captain Mauro Biello, and Stefano Pesoli who are healing their own set of iinjuries. Sandro Grande will also miss the Impact's home opener, as he is suspended until Monday for having broken a team rule.
