Rookie Marc-André Levasseur Traded to Chicoutimi

Written by Nick Murdocco. Posted in Blogs - Nick Murdocco

The Montreal Juniors are keeping busy on this last day of the trading period. They have just announced that they have traded 17 year old forward Marc-André Levasseur to the Chicoutimi Saguenéens in exchange for a 3rd round pick in the 2010 QMJHL Draft acquired from Rouyn-Noranda.

The young rookie did not quite find his niche in Montreal, garnering 1 goal and 1 assist with a minus 9 rating in 26 games played with the Juniors.
