Written by Nick Murdocco. Posted in Blogs - Nick Murdocco

So, you think you can play hockey?

The QMJHL’s Montreal Juniors Hockey Club will host an open tryout camp for players interested in joining the team for the upcoming 2009-2010 season. The tryout is open to players aged 17 to 19 years old and will take place at the Verdun Auditorium (Denis-Savard Arena) on August 17th and 18th, from 8AM to 5PM. Five players on last year’s roster were selected during the 2008 Open Tryout for the 2008-2009 Season: Keven Drouin, Christopher Smith, Mathieu Lavoie, David Foucher and Juniors’ backup goalie Jean-François Bérubé, who is now a Prospect Player for the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.

The registration form and the details on the camp are available at www.juniordemontreal.com. Players must register before August, 3rd, 5PM
