HOCKEY CANADA AND THE CANADIAN HOCKEY LEAGUE ANNOUNCES THE PRESENCE OF LOUIS LEBLANC FROM THE MONTREAL JUNIORS AT THE SELECTION CAMP FOR THE NATIONAL JUNIOR TEAM.
The camp will take place from December 12th to 15th in Toronto when 39 of the best junior aged players will battle for a place on the team. Louis Leblanc of the Montreal Juniors was selected as one of these premier players among six chosen from the ranks of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. Present at the announcement were the braintrust of the team, including David Branch, President of the Canadian Hockey League, Kevin Prendergast, Head Scout for Hockey Canada and Dave Cameron, Head Coach of the Canadian National Junior Team. Finally, we will know the final roster on December 15th at the end of camp. The World Junior Hockey Championships 2011 of the IIHF will take place in Buffalo, New York from December 26 to January 5th.
