Montreal Canadiens netminder Carey Price is the Molson Cup Player of the Month for November.

Price, who wins the second Molson Cup segment of the season, succeeds his teammate Alex Tanguay, the October honouree. Price collected 12 points in the Molson Cup standings in November by virtue of one first-star selection, two second-star selections and one third-star selection. He finished ahead of teammate Christopher Higgins, who earned 10 Molson Cup points last month.

The Canadiens goalie currently ranks first in the Molson Cup overall standings with 23 points, nine ahead of teammate Alex Tanguay (14 points).

In November, Price posted a 6-3-0 record with a 2.56 goals against average, a .925 save efficiency and one shutout in 11 games.

Price will be presented with the Molson Cup during a pre-game ceremony prior to Tuesday’s game against the Atlanta Thrashers at the Bell Centre.
