Carey Price Named Canadiens 2010-11 Molson Cup Player of the Year
As per the Montreal Canadiens press release, and coming as no surprise to anyone even remotely following the team, Carey Price is the Habs’ Molson Cup 2010-11 player of the year.
In other news, water is wet and Montreal winters are really cold. Sarcasm aside, If ever there was a player more deserving of the accolades and kudos in one season for always being the go-to guy on his team, it has been Carey Price. One wonders if the Hart trophy at season’s end may not be another piece of hardware that the young goaltender could be placing on his mantle.
Read on for the official Habs press release.
