Looks like Benoit Pouliot is set to make his debut in a Habs jersey very soon.
The Canadiens announced that they have sent Pouliot, acquired in the Guillaume Latendresse trade, to Hamilton for reconditioning purposes.
Usually, seven to ten days is the norm for a player who has been skating and doing cardio, so perhaps Pouliot could make his Canadiens début as early as December 17th, where he would face his former team, the Minnesota Wild. This matchup would also mark Latendresse’s return to Montreal since being traded to the Wild.
