29 Players To Take Part In The Canadiens 2009-10 Rookie Camp
The Montreal Canadiens announced today that 29 players will participate in the team’s rookie camp from September 7th -11th , at the Bell Sports Complex, in Brossard.
Fifteen of the 29 players at camp are Canadiens draft picks including Max Pacioretty, P.K. Subban and Yannick Weber. Twenty-three of the 29 players already participated in the Canadiens’ 2009 development camp last July.
As for the big team, the Canadiens’ main training camp will start on Saturday, September 12 as players report for medicals and physicals. That training camp will run until Wednesday, September 30, just prior to the team’s season opener against the Maple Leafs at Air Canada Center on October 1st.
