In the first game against their former goaltender Jake Allen, the Juniors were handled rather easily by the Drummondville Voltigeurs as they cruised to a 4 to 1 victory.
The Juniors were outshot, out-hustled and out-played by a much better and now with the addition of Allen.
Allen’s former teammates seemed unable to take advantage of finding their former goaltender’s weak spots and were outshot 42-24 and Jean Francois Berubé had nothing to be embarrassed about as the Voltigeurs had more opportunities than the Juniors had shots on goal.

The Montreal Juniors faced the Patrick Roy’s Remparts in Quebec City and although it was a close affair in the first 2 periods, the Remparts, with a 3 goal third period were victorious by the score of 5 to 3

Montreal January 31st 2010- The Montreal Juniors looked to end the month of January on a positive note against the Sagueneens in Chicoutimi this afternoon. Yet, it was Chicoutimi that came out on top as they defeated Montreal by the score of 5 to 4.

Montreal January 29th, 2010- The Montreal Juniors lost a tough match tonight against the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies in overtime 3 to 2. It was second night in a row that the Juniors lost in overtime against the Huskies. Center Jeff Desjardin scored the game winner for Rouyn-Noranda.

Montreal, January 28th, 2010- With a convincing victory over the Saint John Sea Dogs, the Montreal Juniors looked to continue their strong showing as they started a six-game road stand starting the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies tonight. The Juniors showed a good effort, but felt short in overtime by the score of 2 to 1. It was Huskies forward Sergei Ostapchuk, who lifted the Huskies over the Juniors with overtime winner.
